Loss of speech or sound in Grid for iPad or Grid Player can be caused by improperly installed or licenced voices, or an issue with the volume options on the iPad itself.
When sending a grid set to Grid Player, it is important to check you have refreshed the Grid Player app, that your network is still connected and that your grid set is 100% compatible.
