If you have a problem in Grid Player, please report it to us.
Our reporting tools allow us to get information about what was happening when the error occurred so that we can quickly fix the problem.
For us to fix a problem quickly, we need to be able to reproduce it on our devices. For this reason, we ask you to include detailed information about what you were doing when the crash occurred.
To send us a crash report:
- If you have a grid set open, close it and return to Grid Explorer by pressing the Done button in the top left corner.

- Open the settings menu by tapping the gear icon in the top-right of the screen.

- Select Support – Report a problem.

- Fill in the boxes, and then send the error report to us.

Note: you will need to have an email account configured on your iOS device to send an error report.
