If you notice that one of your batteries in your Grid Pad 10s, 12 or 15 device doesn't charge to 100%, you may need to recalibrate them.
The Grid Pad 10s comes with a remote power button to turn your device on and off. This button is paired with your device when it comes from Smartbox, but you may wish to use the power button on a different Grid Pad 10s device or use a new one if yours is not working. This will require you to pair it again.
