What do the dwell times mean in Look to Read?

Look to Read has settings to control your read speed dwell time. Unlike other Smartbox software titles, Look to Read does not use a numerical system and instead uses text. The time is also dependent on the length of the word you are reading.

How do I set up Look to Read and Look to Learn with eye gaze in Grid 3?

Look to Learn and Look to Read are not directly eye gaze compatible. You either need to use your camera manufacturer's software, or a grid set in Grid 3 to control them.
