How do I send a Grid 3 grid set to Grid Player?

Grid Player is our free iOS app. It is available on the Apple App store. You can send grid sets which you have created in Grid 3 to Grid Player. 

You will need to be signed in to your Smartbox account in both Grid 3 and Grid Player. (In Grid 3 – menu bar (three lines top left) – Settings – Accounts – Smartbox) 

1. Whilst in Grid Explorer, select the menu bar (three lines, top left corner) and browse to Share grid sets – Grid Player.

2. Choose your grid set and select Add. You will see a confirmation once the export is complete. Next time you refresh the Grid Player app, your grid set will be available. 

You can use up to three iOS devices with your Smartbox account. Select Devices to view your linked devices and make changes. You can also update or remove grid sets shared with Grid Player from this screen, simply select the grid set you wish to update or remove and tap the appropriate button.

Note: Grid Player does not support all the features available in Grid 3. Some grid sets will not share to Grid Player successfully. You can use Grid Set Analysis found in the menu bar (three lines, top left corner) – Settings – Grid Set to see your percentage compatibility with Grid Player.
