How do I reset the licence on my Nous software?

The Nous software requires a licence to be used. If your device needs to be replaced or reformatted, your licence will no longer be valid on your new device. Please email into support@thinksmartbox.com with your Nous serial number, We will contact the manufacturer and request a licence reset.
